Talked to my friends about suspension issues with my RAM 2500... Everyone told me to take it to Advantage. I did and I'm grateful. Their team handled my drive line and suspension issues professionally, only charging for work needed, giving me the opportunity to shop my own parts. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the service and quality. I'll be back there for my winter tires and a small fix in the early Fall. These folks are great. Five stars.

My air compressor isn't manly enough to inflate my motorhome tires, so I pulled into Advantage ... with no appointment. After a brief wait, I pulled up to a service bay and Josh got to work. Long story short, it turned into a project that involved, among other things, jacking up the motorhome and pulling a back tire off to deal with a faulty valve extender. 45 minutes later I was good to go, and there was no charge! Josh is Da Man! Seriously, one of the greatest casualties of the Covid pandemic has been Customer Service. Not just tire shops; it's gotten worse everywhere. This was a welcome exception to the trend.

Rim checked my rim, Dean did a quick assessment and got me in immediately to fix it. I’ve been here before and every single time has been an awesome experience. Absolutely love these guys.

Just had THE most amazing experience at Advantage Tires. With a slow leak in my back tire I started at Les Schwab thinking it would be a simple plug repair. After leaving my truck for a full day they called to say there were lug nut locks on my tires and could I provide the key. I had no idea my tires were locked in place, and NO I was never given a key when I purchased it! So me and my slow leak headed to the Dealership. Bought the truck here they must have a key, right? But no, they didn’t have the key either! The dealership advised me to order one on line if I ever wanted to get my tires off. Ha! Seriously? So after calling every tire place in town a friend suggested Advantage. I called, they said absolutely! Just bring in the truck and they’ll figure it out. Relieved that this could be the end of my tire search, I headed down to Advantage. Let me tell you… the minute I walked through the door it was like a dream. I walk in, immediately greeted by their great Customer Service and begin to explain my issue. Before I can hand over my keys they had a service tech out in the parking lot looking at the lug nut lock. Within 2 minutes he came was giving me options. Within 5 minutes they had removed all of the locking lugs and replaced them with stock nuts. The service tech returned with a bag of nuts and said “you’re good to go, free of charge.” My jaw hit the floor. Not only did they have the answers but they did the work… and for zero cost to me!!! It was awesome, to good to be true. I will never go anywhere else than Advantage for repairs, replacement and all of my custom tire needs! They are the friendliest and most knowledgeable team around. Thanks guys-you rock!
