Dealings with the clerks at the counter and over the phone have been extremely good. Everyone has been helpful, patient and not once did they make me feel like an annoyance for not knowing exactly what I was doing. Thank you all!

If I could give this court system zero stars I would. I had a small claims case the judge did not allow me to call either of my witnesses, I got one opening statement and nothing after that and come to find out the “judge” a practicing estate attorney in Medford and not even a sworn in judge. Clown show!

Had a case due to fraudulent parties stealing money from me.. They provided no due process or follow up paperwork and never told me anything. The court system allowed this case to go to a default judgment (without my knowledge) and when time for "trial" the 'judge" did not honor any laws, did not provide a fair and balanced trial and blatantly sided with this phantom who was WRONG in every aspect. But the pro tem judge sided with their case without any proper weighing of matters. Good ol' boy politics at best. stay far away from these crooks. They want to waste your money until bankruptcy. zero stars if possible. I'm an so distraught and distressed from the unconscionable abuse from this department through lack of due process and balanced and fair trials. Shame on you.

Hannah Marchese Family Law Facilitator Is rude and I have had multiple issues with this court. There very rude and unprofessional, as well as giving wrong information. Multiple times I have had this woman hang up on me and forward me to her voicemail. Honestly this city is so full of corruption I think the whole place should be investigated for fraud/ organized crime.

Call the court during business hours and they will be able to look up you're case by your name 541-776-7171
Call the Circuit court building 541-776-7171
You call the Circuit court building 541-776-7171
The two most popular ways would be to consult with a local attorney or to make an appointment with the family law facilitator who is located at the courthouse. You could also go see a professional paralegal like the legal document Center in Medford or you could try to take the forms off the state of Oregon Courts website and file your divorce that way
Call the court and they will direct you on how to proceed
The web site has live court calenders
Not sure how it works. Sorry
Don't know who's case
They're open M-F 8:00-4:00
You can call the court house or go in there and they'll have a tv with everyone's name and time
That happened to me so i went got a.new court dste but still has to go to the jail & get finger printed & mug shot taken
Duh no court its memorial day
You use the front entrance and you'll use the elevator to go to what ever level you need typically 200s are 2nd floor 300s are 3rd floor.
Call the courts at 8 if weather is a problem. They do not open until 8. Most hearings do not occur any earlier then 8:30.
