We are very pleased with SOS Alarm. They are responsive and do exactly what we hoped they would to keep our home safe. When a battery needs to be changed they let us know, and the service techs are efficient, friendly and polite. When we open the wrong door they give us a call to make sure all is OK. We also like that they are local. All around a great company!

Professional interview at my home was focused around my safety and the services they provide to fit " MY" needs. Gave me tips regarding outside and inside lighting and other safety items.
