Horrible place, no care or concern. Long waiting hours even with an appointment notification and showing up on time. I felt my issue was a joke since walk inns where taken back in seconds as I sat and waited for my scheduled visit. After over an hour of being ignored or said your next for over an hour while 8 other people went back... I went back to my car in sever pain and decided it obviously wasn't an important injury since the ER and Urgent care couldn't be bothered to see me..I will tell every veteran friend I have to avoid that place all long with friends. I've had better care at the local VA.. and that's saying alot

Receptionist was very rude, I myself working in the same environment you would think when people are going to urgent care you would be giving some sort of compassion or empathy not knowing what someone might be going through. I understand with the pandemic it’s a very stressful environment and can be extremely overwhelming but this is when we need support the most.

On January 2nd we called at 4:30 p.m. we spoke with someone who said that they were about an hour out seeing people but to come on in and get checked in and it would be probably an hour and we get there there's absolutely no cars in the parking lot there were two women behind the counter they both laughed and said no we are completely at capacity and basically told us you could go to the emergency room have a good night then a few minutes later another person came in and they turned them away as well

Decently nice in person but absolutely rude on the phone. They were very unprofessional, snotty and hang up on you. I waited an hour in the waiting room, then 2 and a half hours in the room just to get a test. The doctors that came in them selves were pretty great for the most part but those office ladies need trained for some class especially on phone.

Yes! But if you go to their website you can make an appointment, you don't have to wait so long. I hope your son is OK. You can also make an appointment at the Central Point location. Good luck 👍
If you're using the Internet to post this question, you can find it. It comes up as easy as a Google Search. Just did it myself.
It would depend on what ypu went in for. Prices vary according what is done and how many departments are involved.
No appointment needed. Just check into urgent care and they'll get you back for an exam and any testing you need. 8am to 7pm are the hours of operation.
Depends, totally up to the doctor. I would bring my prescription bottle to show, the doctor.I also, would suggest calling the new primary doctor.
Yes, online is suppose to be faster. However, the most serious patient will be scene first! They suggest, you make an appointment, you can just walk in! People forget, this is urgent care, you will be bumped, should a emergency occur, as should be done!
