Sad shadow of what this chain had to offer years ago. Chicken was up not up to standard, dry and barely warm. No one in the restaurant while I was there except for minimal staff. Floor had 5 foot puddle behind the counter the staff were walking around. General facilities old and worn.

I hadn't had Boston Market for like more than 2 decades, but I had to give a try. I wish the decor/environment was modern as it seems dated. I had the garlic and herb 1/2 chicken. It fell off the bone as it was juicy and delicious. That with mashed potatoes and vegetables is like comfort food right there. Who cooked the chicken did a fantastic job on it. I just hope Boston Market can market it better, because the food is already good!

the chicken was good but the sides we're either too salty or too sweet depending on the sides we ordered which was disappointing. the potatoes that we had to pay more for (because they were premium potatoes) were dry and hard ... very sad. even with a coupon I don't think I will return to this place. not satisfied with the quality of the food. however the manager is quite nice in person. unfortunately I didn't eat in the store so I couldn't report my disliking of the food to see what could be done.
