BEWARE, Don’t Believe Anything they tell you. I had purchased a weight bench and only purchased the leg extension piece after I was told the item would be arriving in their next shipment, which would be within a week. After calling each week to check status we were assured it would be in the next delivery. They never return calls after leaving messages and don’t always answer the phone even during store hours. After multiple attempts I finally get someone on the phone and the sales guy tells me the item has arrived and will set it aside for me with my name on it. I immediately take the hour drive over because it’s my son’s Birthday and this was to be a birthday present. I arrive to pick up the leg extension only to be told by Julio I can’t have it, it’s for his customer who has been waiting since August. I’m sure Julio’s customer has been fed the same line since August too. Much to my dismay I left without the piece only exasperated further by his bad attitude. The business practices of this store as follows; Delivering only what you want to hear= lack of business ethics, poor management of inventory, lack of internal communication, gross negligence of customer service and lack of professionalism leaves one wondering how is this place even in business??? Giving this business 1 star is too much!
