Absolutely the worst service ever! Don’t ever pay for this company’s service. 2-day delivery for medication couldn’t arrive by day 5!!! Express service means I can’t get my online order for 10 days!!! Terrible communication, if at all! When I finally reached an associate on the phone, she did nothing but apologized and asked me to wait for the next delivery date. Couldn’t pick up at the local center because its disorganization. Total not worthy of existence these days! How did this company get so bad at doing its job???

They lost my package coming from abroad. My package was really important and l am not able to get it shipped again. They are saying that they have delivered but not being able to give me any proof. I am not happy or satisfied with your service. Fedex is the worst!!!

Went to ship a package 11/23/2021. 9:30 AM, Stood in lobby for 15 minutes. No one came out. Eventually two people came out at the same time. Person in front of me had been there longer.
