All the employees are so professional and know what they are doing and what true customer service is. They went above and beyond what I expected and had my propane leaks from recalls repaired and back to me in a couple days. I will definitely bypass the port Jervis location just to come here. Port Jervis magically missed these 2 recalls during its annual warranty inspection before winter. They don’t need to worry, Oak ridge just got a dedicated customer.

Very Professional group of Guys. Fixed my trailer after damage by a tire blowout. I just add surgery and could not hook my trailer up so they came out and did it for me. Thanks for everything

Made an appointment in the middle of August for my new camper to be looked at .. service advisor advised me they were booked until the middle of September which is understandable considering how popular camping had become this season... my appointment date came and I called Garick to confirm we were still good to go. Upon my arrival the service writer was extremely polite and had an open ear to the few issues I was having..no promises were made and he was completely honest stating it may take a few weeks for the work to be completed...within a week I recurved a call back saying Jayco approved the work and they would be ordering the parts...so far Garick and their staff has been extremely helpful with an understandably frustrating situation with a brand new camper...thank you for everything and look forward to bringing Garrick my business from here out
