Twice I have gone there with my autistic son he can be hard to handle once to get his ears flush than to be seen over a cold and pink eye service was great and pretty much on time. I would recommend this.. remember it is a health place different treatments can cause delays. But my experience has been good

I have seen several practitioners at this clinic myself and with my children. I only had one experience where I wasn't happy. Every time I have gone I am greeted warmly and they are very attentive to my or my children's needs. Another reviewer commented on someone taking people out of line and leaving for lunch. Well, every person is entitled to their lunch break. As far as taking people out of order, I usually hold a spot online before I get there so I don't have to wait as long.

Prepare to pay more. Two people in my immediate family went there for the same exact thing a single day apart. Due to *their* rules, they consider you a new patient if you haven't been there in at least 3 years, and therefore charge you *more* money. They also submit the claim to insurance differently and you have to pay more on that end as well! This happens, even though they ask you if you've been here before and you've answered yes and they were able to still pull up your information in their system. They do NOT inform you that you will be handled differently and will have to pay more. Upon talking to customer service about the charge, they note it's because they don't know what has changed in your medical history in the past 3 years, which is pretty much irrelevant in my case when they are sick visits and they are not my primary care physician. These are underhanded business tactics and should not be tolerated. They did not accommodate at all to get claims submitted properly.

I had just moved into town, and it was comforting to find quick healthcare, close to home. The nurse on call was courteous and professional. Would definitely go back.
