The community is extremely well maintained and the new unit I viewed felt like I was in a ranch style home. The neighbors are friendly, several people introduced themselves.The woman that helped me, Nicole, was knowledgeable and fantastic. I would buy now and downsize if I was 55.

I know that you own there you do not rent you should call the number though it's very affordable ... They're good people that I know they'll make it very easy for the right person 😊😊

Hello Susan! We are expecting a new unit to be available mid summer / early fall 2021. Monthly costs for utilities vary depending on independent usage, however the average monthly amount reported by our residents is roughly $200.00 - $300.00 dollars per month. ~Oak Ridge Senior Community

Good afternoon Mr. Kilbourn- The community does not rent out any of the manufactured homes. We do have a handful of stand alone rental units in the community however we are currently fully occupied. The monthly maintenance fee is $625 and includes water, sewer, property taxes, trash collection, snow removal and common area maintenance.
