Customer service was really bad after an experience with the clerk refusing to give her name. Not the first time I entered the facility and was treated with rudeness. It is hard to work at a remote retail outlet not knowing when a loaded weapon might be in your face but it's not permission to be short with other customers - She choose to work there

Used to love this store. But I had to drop the rating since they are now using their new system to scan people's drivers liscenses. No thank you. I'll go somewhere else where the employees can read and manually input my birthday.
