Cheddar has a great atmosphere and the waiters, are very attentive. The food was excellent and nice portions. Will definitely visit here again!!

Stopped here after discoverying Grindstone Charlie's is closed. Bummer, but this place is good stuff. The interior is well done with plenty of Purdue references. The service was excellent. The staff appears to get along well, which is probably a great sign for busier times. The food? Good stuff. The crescent rolls they bring are light and tasty. The potato soup was some of the best I've ever had. The Monte Cristo? Was tasty. If you ever had the old Bennigens version it is the same concept, but better.

First time at Cheddar’s. We checked the menu online before our visit so we all knew what we wanted to try! We got right in at a booth for our party of four. We were there for 10 minutes when we were finally greeted. Our waitress apologized several times and explained she was not notified of the extra coverage area for her as someone had not shown up for work. Not a big deal and definitely not the servers fault. We even got an extra side of croissants free of charge for being understanding. I must say, sugar butter on perfectly baked croissants is AMAZING! I got the chicken pot pie and a side of the broccoli casserole. The pot pie was just plain great! The broccoli casserole however was not fresh and tacky like paste. The flavor was good but I’m guessing the bottom of the pan…Timing 🤷🏻♂️ The salad was fresh and crisp. The portions were quite hearty. Wife and others all were satisfied with their meals! The huge aquarium is really well kept and beautiful and the fan in the main dining block is really cool!

You'd be best off calling the restaurant, these questions are meant to be answered by other patrons not employees
Yeah, every other booth is vacant. Servers wear hazmat suits. Food is seared at the table. No condiments at the table. Crescent rolls are scrumptious! Servers seemed happy to be working again. JK about hazmat and searing.
No it is not.
