I would also give zero stars if I could. Reserved on their website. I tried calling their lafayette indiana number 4 times, but nobody picked up. So I take a umber there and they said they had no cars. I had already been screwed over by avis car rental website and wanted to talk to someone, but they never picked up or even called. At least avis called me to say they didn't have any cars. So hertz is worse than avis

Decent place with good rates. I used Priceline and got a bit cheaper but messed up my dates. He fixed it and was still able to get me the original requested car. Giving 3 stars though as the front counter guy could be more professional....maybe a "good afternoon" instead of "there's trouble" when you don't even know my name. Would go through them again.

I rented a car from this place on December 2 for two days, I returned the car 3 hrs before the end of the due time, what happened after has been a nightmare, I received phone calls while outside the country starting that the vehicle in my possession is over due and if I don't take any action I will be prosecuted for theft. I reached out to hertz and the lady told me not to worry about it because the case is close. I am a black man, which means if had been pulled over ,I would have been arrested. If you reading this, please don't rent from hertz if you are black. I am so disappointed and shocked.

Only take credit so I had to leave and deposit cash i had just taken out of the bank and go back. No clue on how to use car and was given no instructions had to google it bc no book with car. Car had some damage and a stain on front seat.
