Renters beware! My deposit was not returned although I left the house in better condition than when I started renting. The owner will not even meet with me or talk with me over the phone to discuss the deposit. Just took my money and will only communicate through email. Also I got evicted because I complained about major repairs that the house needed. Instead of fixing the house they kicked my family and I out!

I will give it three stars for it's internet presence. I find that after making call after call during office hours over several weeks of not being answered never received a returned call. I guess that can offer lousy service because the market is in their favor as a owner of rental properties that have them manage them, beware! Having experience in having a property manager I would be very concerned having this company oversee my property.

I wish I had listened to the other reviews before applying for a rental with this company. It's been 2 weeks since I applied for an apartment and haven't had any communication with them since. I have tried calling their office several times a day and emailing with no response. I call on other days and nothing. Im not even sure people work here. They took my money and asked for all this paperwork and they couldn't even have the decency to communicate with me.
