We have week after week problems With delivery. The customer support people are wonderful but the actual service delivery never happens, or they leave the water on the road or the top of our stairs. Hold time has improved but can be extensive and it’s necessary to call and call again when delivery doesn’t happen, which is regularly. Unfortunately, customer Service can not guarantee a delivery. They won’t give you the name of the regional manager or their phone number. Billing is automatic and they get their money regardless. Update: My review was escalated to the correct people and the problem has been fixed. I’m changing my rating to 5 stars as the company has come up with a solution for us and they have been marvelous. Thanks to Trent for all he does to bring this very unhappy customer to an extremely happy one!

Great service and water is delicious. Whenever I have a question or if there is an issue, Customer service representatives are there. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had any problems with them.

I would give zero star if I could!!! I had service with them I was on the Costco plan Well apparently I was sent to collections for $32.94 with out me even knowing I had the balance and then $200.54 for the machine. I found out about these charges when I got a letter from Collection Bureau of America. I have been battling this since September 1, 2021. The driver picked up the equipment on 9/15/2021 I have and confirmed it on a note he wrote because he said he did not have a receipt book. I refuse to let this put a negative mark on my credit. I have to call the rude customer service and they are saying it has not been received. ..... I have now cancelled our business services as well. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I just want to say their communication and charge breakdown is a joke, was not told of all the hidden initial start up amounts so when we got 1 notice in the mail stating "we are past due!" we were shocked as we never received ANYTHING prior to the "past due" notice plus the amount we owed. We never knew the day we'd get the water delivered to us. We have tried contacting them many, many times with 1 hr plus hold times. GET MORE STAFF OR COMMUNICATE BETTER!!!! Send a contract VIA MAIL not just email not everyone uses their emails or only uses mail for bills! &for paper statements its an extra $4 charge...are you kidding me!?
