Worse lawyer in Spokane and it’s not close. She caused an inseparable divide between my ex wife and her family because she failed miserably at mediation. Stay away from this person. My kids have suffered tremendously as a result. My lawyer was great but Shannon is a terrible person to put it kindly. I came out good from the deal but my kids have suffered and it’s unforgivable. May she burn in hell for eternity.

She does the work when you need it and she works with you when you need it

Shannon is a very professional and dedicated attorney who is more concerned about helping those in need of legal assistance than anything else. I highly recommend Shannon.

If I could give no stars I would. Shannon took my money promising me I would have my children. She never answered any of my calls or texts or emails, when she did she never answered my questions. She did not do 1 single thing I asked in the time I had her. My children needed a GAL and she refused to get on for them. A couple months after retaining her, she emails me telling me she no longer is representing me. She took my money and left with me with no attorney for my divorce. When I asked for my money back based in the fact she did not do anything for my case, she lied and said she did in fact take my calls and emais. I have proof she didn't. On top of that, she lied about the amount that I paid her. She is highly not recommended. Now I am hearing i am not the only one she has done this to.

Questions & Answers

Daughter pregnant the father is mostly not involved in any matters related to the pregnancy. That is, not around. I think my daughter needs to get things rolling on establishing monetary support and potential visitation rights. Do you do this?

Yes

I own two houses, one in Utah and one in California. Can I put both houses into one Revocable Trust here in Spokane or do I need to set up a trust in each state? I am looking to have the trust(s) completed within the next 2 -3 months.

You can create a trust here that includes both properties.
