I had a little difficulty find the entrance, but once I did, all was good ππ½ it's upstairs from the Beer Garden. I was served by Jim; very professional and friendly. He was very quick to take my order, refill my water and take away anything I finished eating. I had the lobster taco for an appetizer, the lychee rosΓ© as my drink, and the Shinka Tonkotsu as my entree. Everything was delicious~ The lobster meat of the taco was fresh and the crunchy crust was fun to bite into. The lychee rosΓ© was sweet and light, the brothy egg white was nicely presented. As for the ramen, ah, the ramen. The broth itself holds so much rich flavor and the chashu pork was oh so tender. The portion of noodles was decent (they're very thin). There was this one spicy green vegetable that was a little too spicy for me personally but it still complemented the ramen (I simply put it to the side). Overall, I highly recommend this ramen spot; a balance between high end and affordable. I'll definitely come back here. π ππ½ itadakimasu~

The ramen here is absolutely phenomenal and honestly one of the best ramen Iβve ever had in NYC. We got the bone marrow and spicy tonkotsu ramen, both were incredible. The flavor of the broth explodes in your mouth, and the bone marrow was super rich and savory. I cant wait to come back.

Takoyaki has 6 balls and had barely any octopus in it. Nicely crisp and good flavor but the insides were a bit gooey and very soft almost as if it were undercooked. We also got the Shinka Tonkotsu Ramen and Beef Bone Marrow Gyukotsu ramen. IMO the tonkotsu ramen was better, just more flavorful. The bone marrow just tasted salty π FYI Shinka and Beer Garden share a kitchen downstairs so wait time was extremely longβ¦ they also are probably understaffed so wait time for food is even longer.

The ramen place merged with the bar so you can get both pub food and ramen. The service was a little meh but the food was really good! Putting lamb in Ramen? What a great idea. So yummy
