We were camping at the motor speedway when our RV ran out of propane. Called around to find somewhere to fill up. Each person at Ferrellgas was extremely kind, from the women who answered the phone (I kept cutting out, she could not hear me and took the time to call me back) to the gentleman who filled us up (and offered to get another person to share directions on getting back to the track to avoid traffic). Amazing customer service!

The propane service valve on my motorhome tank failed and I needed to find a new one. Numerous online searches and calls to RV repair shops resulted in valve supplies being depleted or unwilling to help. I called Ferrellgas and was met with helpful employees including technician Ryan. I drove to the West Epler Ave. location and he replaced the valve in short order and at a very competitive price. I appreciated his help and customer service.
