So bad. Run as far and as fast as humanly possible. If there are any other options out there - even if its more expensive - do it. The customer service is terrible. They’ll bounce you around because no one knows what they’re doing and itll take 3 - 5 hours of your day. Run.

Would be zero stars if I could. They are awful. They lied about transferring my phone number. Gave me a temporary number promising that it was temporary. Several weeks later I stop in and they brush me off saying they’ll look into it and call me. It’s been no accountability and no real concern from them. AWFUL! I wish I was with Verizon again.

You would need to call and ask customer service on that on, and i think there is.
There are many different ways but if you already have spectrum service you should be able to just create an ESPN Plus account and because you have spectrum TV you should be able to watch it that way! If you do not have spectrum TV you still should be able to create an ESPN Plus account and live stream it through your phone, Smart TV or Roku possibly! Help us out if I have more information I could help a little more
I have called them John it's on their end it works great when everything is working properly I have heard several people complain how their service goes out too much randomly

Spectrum is very proud of their work and workers. A d they do all possible for their customers. Yes they are great.
The cables are all universal most of the time, dont worry about them. The piece of equipment is the vital part, everything else is trashable. -former spectrum tech

They do...just go in(can take your old one if you still have it) & ask for a new one. I did it the other day! I didn't have my old one w/me(was near there so took a chance w/o it).
No...shouldn't be!! I had a remote that wasn't working. I stopped by w/o it & they just have me a new one.
