Anybody else have more problems than they should for prices we pay with all these random outages? I understand when we get good storms, but not a drop of rain in Wilmington today and there is an outage in my area affecting cable and internet!! 😡😡

I have called them John it's on their end it works great when everything is working properly I have heard several people complain how their service goes out too much randomly
