We had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Grove Pullman during our leasing process. The staff was very friendly & attentive, always available by phone to answer our questions and also excellent with follow up & returning calls as well. Not sure why all of the negative reviews regarding communications. From the time we visited the apartments for a tour to signing the lease, the team at the Grove was great to work with! Looking forward to moving in and living there! Well, we just moved our daughter & roommate into their apartment this past weekend. The process was very organized and the Grove Staff was very friendly & energetic. Move in was a breeze, the AC and cold rooms were inviting especially during 100 degree weather. To check for cleanliness, we gave it a “white glove test” wiping some of the floors, countertops & vacuumed. There was no dirt or grime, the place was well cleaned and spotless! Apartment is very spacious with a large & inviting entry foyer, large dining/living room area, and walk-in laundry with space for misc. storage. The individual bedrooms include a large bathroom and a generous walk in closet (double the size of most closets) for a lot of storage space. Overall, the apartments are very comfortable, more space than the students knew what to do with! If anyone is looking for student apartments in Pullman, checkout the Grove. As with any housing there will be some challenges, but the staff at the Grove are very professional and with the spacious apartments and amenities, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Be very wary to sign a lease here, and don't listen to any promises their associates make by word of mouth, they wont honor any verbal promises. My roommates and I signed a lease for a 3 bed unit and they waited a whole month to tell us they didn't have space for us. They promised to terminate our lease two weeks ago but now they are saying they can't do that. They are holding us hostage legally. They have made nothing but empty promises and refuse to take responsibility for the confusion. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for housing.

Living at the grove so far has been wonderful! The staff has been so sweet, and the property is very well taken care of, something I was not used to at the last apartment complex I lived at. Dogs living around are so friendly as well :) and the rooms have been perfect. I would highly recommend.

My daughter has lived in several apartments on campus and The Grove Pullman absolutely takes the cake!!! Great place to rent from! The staff are knowledgeable, honest and professional. The units are large, clean and well maintained. The units have big windows with plenty of light. Maintenance requests are completed timely and with great customer service. Highly recommend!!! A breath of fresh air compared to the other places we’ve rented in Pullman over the past four years. Start here for your freshman or sophomore, you won’t be disappointed! A++!!
