I had a horrible experience. They changed me 4 hours of labor plus the cost of oil to change my oil. I had to demand my truck back and almost called the police ofter waiting 4 hours. This business is notorious for up charging people and doing lousy service. I asked around after I started complaining and found out this is what this unprofessional business does. They messed up a U of I vehicle when trying to fix it, so to cover for their mistake they tried to say it wasn't their fault and charge the U of I for the mistake. They are notorious for trying to up charge people for work that is minimal. Don't trust them. Go elsewhere. You will be disappointed with the service. Do your homework.

Working with Chandler at Wysup Jeep was amazing! He was originally helping us order a car but when something very close to it happened to show up on the lot he did everything. We needed and answered all the questions so that we knew that was the right rig for us! He even so very kindly involved our 5 yr old in the process. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone to reach out to this small family business if they are looking for a Chrysler, Jeep or a Dodge vehicle!

If you are looking for friendly service, and a wonderful experience buying a vehicle, Wysup is the dealer! They go above and beyond to make it easy to buy a vehicle. They preform the way dealers used to many years ago, making sure the customer is treated with respect. I shopped around at many dealers within a 500 mile radius and it was worth the drive to shop at Wysup. Other dealers were rude and acted as if they didn’t need my business. It was refreshing to find a dealer that welcomed me into their business. The service after the sale was also excellent! My salesman called several time to make sure everything was ok with my experience, and with my new Rubicon. Keep up the good work!!

Chris, the programming costs $51.00 + tax. We do want to let you know that aftermarket key fobs have a very low success rate for programming, so as a company we have decided that we cannot program aftermarket keys anymore. Feel free to give us a call if you have any more questions.
Marie, thanks for the question. We wouldn't say it's impossible, but it all really depends on the car, your bank, your credit score, and collateral. It's hard to say what a bank would approve on. These are things that we could work with you on and get you some more solid answers though, and we'd be happy to try to help!
