Pullman is such a great place to live! It has a small-town feel, surrounded by farms and rolling hills, but because it's a university town, there are also major athletic events, concerts, and more! I meet with sellers before listing their property to help them show off the best features of their home and stage it to be most appealing to buyers. It makes a huge difference for photos, virtual tours, and showings to have the property staged!
Some inexpensive ways to improve your property: fresh paint, updated lighting, updated cabinet hardware. I'm always happy to meet and give sellers additional ideas!

Absolutely! A few reasons to consider selling during the holidays: 1. Buyers looking over the holidays are typically serious and ready to buy. 2. You can restrict showings to times that work around your schedule, you don't need to have your home available 24/7. 3. Homes decorated for the holidays look cozy and beautiful - a major selling point! 4. Buyers don't stop wanting to own a home during the holidays, maybe they are even more excited to have a place to call their own! 5. Less listings during the holidays means less competition, and more eyes on your property! And a bonus reason: People considering relocating to be closer to family or friends might be in town visiting those family and friends!
