I reside in Texas and my son is a student athlete at WSU. His schedule is very busy and he needed a new battery. I called around town trying to find a new battery and someone to install it. I was hesitant to call the dealership because "as they say" the dealer is always more expensive. Well I called Chipman & Taylor since we purchased the car from them. Bradley (I believe that is the correct name) in the service dept was so helpful. I told him that Donovan's window of time was very narrow to drop off his car. Bradley was so understanding and helpful and said we can get him taken care of. And that is just what happened. As a mom 1,900 miles away, I am grateful for Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet - Pullman.
