Only 3 people working when I came in. 1 teller working with a customer who has a long transaction, the other one doing something else then left even though there's a long line and we've been waiting for almost 30 min. The other one, maybe an acting manager, is with another customer in his office, taking too long, you can hear them just chatting. Finally, another teller came back from lunch and the line started to move. No one even apologized for the long wait even though a customer went to the teller to ask what's wrong and was told one teller is off. The customer left. I would have left too, but my transaction had to be done today. Poor customer service overall. Some tellers are good if they are there.

I’m not talking about this location specifically. My husband and I filed a application online we received a call but my husband don’t speak English, so he asked me to call. I’m not fluent but I can talk a little bit. The first to person who with us talk were so nice and helpful. But I have a inconvenience and have to call again this time the two person who spoke with us, were unhelpful rude and disrespectful. We cancel our application about this! Worst experience!

This place is horrible. I was absolutley livid at the level of banking service I recived on 9/1/17. I set in the lobby 45min just to open a bank acct. When I asked the Member Rep Darya Khodamardi, why as the waite sfo long she said they were under staff and the branch manager doesn't want to hire . During the 2.5 hr process of her opening up a me a bank account. I had to wactch her read her employee handbook because she didn't know how to open up a particular bank acct. Meanwhile my 4yr son began to get frustrated and had to use the bathroom. This lady and her staff were absoulety rude!!
