Must say this store has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. they are always willing to help! Compared to it's competitor down the street, I would choose Lowe's Vallejo any time for customer service.

We received great customer service form the sales associates that helped us with our carpet purchase. Brittany was helpful, attentive and patient with us. Manager Denek was also attentive and helpful, he even helped to load the carpet on our truck. Thanks again to Brittany for going above and beyond to help us out today! :)

We wanted to look at a shed for our backyard. The ones on display were locked so we could not see the inside. One associate nearCustomer Service (no one was at customer service) said only professionals could look at them and pro services had gone home for the day but we could look at the boxed sheds in the garden area. One salesman there was helpful in trying to find the price but another came along who was very rude. He said, “too bad” and acted like we were stupid for wanting to look at something that was going to cost us over $3500. He lost a big sale. We wish we hadn’t wasted the time the gas and the bridge toll to get there. We’ll stick with Home Depot

Do you mean you've ordered something for delivery to the store or had purchased it online for pickup in store? If either of those are the case, go in and explain that you've changed your mind and no longer want the item. Otherwise, contact customer support.

Some poor soul who doesn't have enough staff to run the show anywhere near properly. Much less have knowledgeable staff. Seems to be a California thing in stores. Be understaffed , and untrained staff. 🙄

Yes they have sinks in cabinets for bathroom there's also the people that were help you with you look forward exactly for what you want the really nice people Home Depot to so yeah thank you, talk about bathroom sinks and cabinets yeah Home Depot has them as well floors has a better price but yeah nice place blows
