One of my fav Spanish tapas in the city is boqueria. All of their locations are consistently good and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Shown here are their seafood paella, grilled octopus, croquettes, and roasted brussel sprouts.

There is music and because the space is so small, people scream so you can barely hear what you are saying to the person next to you
The servers wear masks and you have your temp taken at the door.
