I had such high hopes for this place. Unlike many other places in the area that the reviews are horrid, I hoped this place was different. Never could get anyone in the office to answer the phone. I had a scheduled tour (on the website) that I showed up for only for no one to be in the office, door locked. I called numerous times and stayed 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I have text message and email confirmations and reminders of the tour I had set up and confirming the time. The sign on the door with a clock said they’d return to the office at like 12:25, my appointment was at 2:30, well after 12:25…. I will sadly be taking this place off my list of potential places to lease from.

I have been here for a few days and everything is great. The service in the office has been five star service. My apartment is also 5 star. Jazmen has been great since I have been here. Thank you to all the staff for all you do. Thank you for the kindness you have shown to me.

Moved out of Hunter Army Airfield to Moss Pointe and it was the best thing ever. Saved more money and the experience was overall pleasant. The staff was so friendly & attentive. The apartment itself was cozy and a great size for my husband & I. Definitely enjoyed Savannah more once I moved in there

I must say that I don't agree with your views of Moss Pointe. However, your experiences are just that...your experiences. Being a resident here for over a year, I have seen nothing but beautiful enhancements in the staff and property maintenance. I'm going to make an assumption regarding your statement on rent. If your rent is generally $8 hundred plus a month and it went up to $1k then you must have late fees or/and court fees for being extremely late (your personal problem). My apartment is across from the pool. Because our pool is year round...residents tend to use it quite often. I see Mr. Jimmy (maintenance gentlemen) cleaning or draining the pool. I have never experienced our pool DIRTY. Regarding the fire pit...you are partially correct...it wasn't working initially. I found out it was due to residents misusing it. However, at this moment it does work. Your statement regarding its Winter as if it should automatically work is mute. I enjoy living here...beautiful place.
