My experience with this checkers location was horrible. When I received my order 3 sandwiches was missing out my order, food was poorly packaged and when I went back for them to correct my order I was asked if I ate it on the way home. So I refuse to shop here again

I have been eating at Checkers for over 25 years. This location is a huge disappointment. The burgers were soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes tasted old. I ordered a single and got a double. The fries were the only edible items we got, EXCEPT my wife asked for garlic Parmesan and those were nasty. They basically took regular fries and drenched them in garlic, cheese, bacon and other stuff. It was a soggy lump of grossness. To top it off, we were overcharged for what we ordered. The staff acted like they didn’t care. Never going back!

Complete failure of service! I’ve been here twice in the last 3 months and haven’t been able to get a meal. 1 st time I pulled up waited in line and then was told they had a fight and closed to wait for police. 2nd time I put my order in associate repeated my order I waited in line for 15 min then when I arrived at window they didn’t have my order and acted confused and said it would be another 15 min. This was the last straw I will never go back to this checkers again.

Worst Checkers EVER!!!! What's the point of waiting for 45 minutes to get to the window and get your food just for it to be wrong? You would think a simple order of a Champ with only cheese, onions, and mayo would pretty simple. It's not. Thank goodness I'm not allergic to pickles but I do hate them hence why I didn't want them! This place has the longest line at all times and it's slow. Don't come here if you are in a hurry. This sad looking burger. Ugh, come on Checkers and tighten up!!!!
