Since Stewart came around this place has only improved. Logan is amazing and helpful with products in any department. They have upgraded bulbs and even fixed beds to operate 100%. I am excited to see the continued changes and happy staff! Very welcoming and always on top of their game! I've been coming here for years and it's never been better!

There is a particular young lady that I encountered the last time I visited. I will admit prior to this visit I had not been that impressed with service. However, EMMA, made up for all the times I received not so great service. I understand that they are under different management and I hope Emma stayed on board. She was POLITE, knowledgeable, friendly. She worked with me on extending my tan since my drive is about 40 minutes. She was a super star and I feel like she made my day and experience better. Emma with that attitude you will do great things in life!!

I have not been since 2019 and they are still charging me despite seeing I froze my account. They’re records are not adequately kept and they are refuting my refund. I do not recommend going here!! I have NEVER left a negative review for a company until today and it’s a shame. But I have no other options since they are refusing to issue my refund to date.

Tripp in my opinion wasn’t professional interpersonally. I’ve been a member at STC for a few years and I’ve gone to locations all over NC and in other states. I asked to get what I usually get at each visit and stated it aloud “premium, clear, double legs, and hydration”. When I was getting sprayed I noticed the bronzer. I figured no big deal, I’ll just see what he put in the system when I go up front and I’ll just deal with how I look for a few hours. Keeping that in mind I also wanted to figure out which tan I was going to get because I know my skin responds differently based on the formula.. When communicating with Tripp he became really defensive saying I got a “Malibu” just like all the other locations. After reassuring him I never did get “Malibu” because I don’t get the bronzer he back peddled and stated other locations have other numbers for their tans. I’m thinking ok that’s fine but when I came in I said aloud “premium clear double legs hydration” when I checked in, he saw that my previous tan was in another city with presumably different numbers and didn’t double check with what I had said. He went on to say I will HAVE to shower in 4 hours and went on and on about what STC does and doesn’t recommend, not one apology for not hearing me when I came in or seeming one bit concerned at all. I’m a pretty easy going nice person but the whole experience was enough for me to put into a review. If there was another chain as prevalent as STC I’d switch but with traveling as much as I do I’ll have to do an even better job double checking and communicating with staff after this and before heading back.
