Today, I didn't have a great experience. This was my second time there. I was excited because I loved the outcome of my nails last time. Today was different. I asked for shorter nails and the nail tech acted as if it was a problem and moved on with the length that she preferred. My next issues are that the nail tech seemed as if she was rushing, The quality of my nails is not what I expected, and I had to wait 30 mins after I was there on time for my appointment. I won't be going here anymore, but for anyone who goes here, just make sure you're treated well and that the quality matches what you're paying.

My 1st time here and Lucy did a great, not a rushed job on my Organic Spa pedi with paraffin wax. I will be back and making an appointment was easy and the staff are so nice wow. Thanks Lucy.

I’ve never had such a terrible nail salon experience. I wanted dip nails with acrylic tips and a pedicure. I got a younger woman with black hair and glasses and she treated me horribly. She complained about my feet and nails the ENTIRE time! She told me my feet were really bad and How she had to work extra hard, and made comments about how much skin was coming off of them. I tried to be polite but she wouldn’t stop. The salon was full of people it was incredibly embarrassing. When she did my nails She complained the entire time as well. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she said she was going to do a fill since I already had acrylic tips on from my last set. She kept complaining Saying how I waited too long like with my feet. that I was a lot of work and should have come in sooner and how she would do the fill in just this once for me. (I normally get my nails done every 4-5 weeks btw and I never asked for a fill she decided to do that instead of a new set) The towel was bunched up so I accidentally got one of my thumbs smudged and she told me how I ruined everything and now my nails were going to look terrible now. She then proceeded to do what she wanted instead of making them look like the picture I showed her. Putting a sticker on one nail instead of a design. I was so horrified by the experience I didn’t comment on it. I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I will definitely not be going back. The first pic is my nails and the second is the picture I showed her. The sticker on my nail is even peeling off.

1st time here. I didn't get my nail techs name (older female) I was in a rush. But they got me in right away off the street, no appointment, and were very attentive and professional. She asked every step of the way what I wanted and how I wanted it. I did DIP and she made sure to be careful on cuticles like I asked. Turned out exactly how I wanted them.
