I started here in 2016.......It was good then, but it's GREAT now!!! Dr Prince is still there, which is comforting continuity to those of us who have been seen by her before. The woman who runs the center is AMAZING!!!! She runs a very organized facility and you will get in and out very quickly with everything taken care of!!! Would give it 10 STARS if I could!!!!

This place is amazing. I called and made an appointment and they were more than willing to answer every question I had. They answered in great detail and it was very informative. I even got a courtesy text the day before the appointment, confirming it. When I arrived for the appointment it was a very clean waiting room, They even had crayons and books for kids. I was greeted with a smile and made aware of the amenities. I was QUICKLY called back and met the Dr. They assessed me and made a new chart. They made sure every question was answered and that was satisfied with the answers. On the way out I paid and they made sure my questions were still answered and gave me an awesome coupon for the recommended dispenserary. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment to get my card. The lady that called me back was very rude and sounded completely miserable. She would scoff and sigh anytime I would ask a simple question. She kept talking over me and basically rushed me off the phone. I wish I could say who but she never gave me her name. She acted like she was doing me a favor by letting me give this place my business. I've learned to trust my gut and go somewhere else if I feel that something is not right. I ended up doing that and had a wonderful experience. I would say to follow your gut and if you get a bad vibe take your business elsewhere. To the business, I recommend getting someone else on your phones. First impressions are everything. This place was also way over priced. They were charging $330. The place I went to Little Greens Medical charged $245 that included the medical card for 2 years and a review by the doctor. They also offer video chat consultations due to Corona. This place is a little bit of a drive and doesn't look the best outside but I got better customer service for a cheaper price and my digital card the very next day. Win! Win! Win! Thanks for being such a rude old lady. Worked out for me :)

Every time I have gone into this office, I have had a fantastic experience. The waiting time is very low, as the office is extremely efficient. The women working in the office are very sweet and so helpful. They really want to help you and try their best to do so. They know what you are going through, and they can relate to you. I cannot thank them enough. The environment is clean and inviting, so anyone can feel comfortable there. I have recommended this place to several people already, and I will continue to recommend it !
