Hacienda Del Rey is a blessing for Mom and truly a unique care setting in the Phoenix area. They are truly driven from the top down to fulfill their mission to provide the best care and fulfillment for every resident. It starts with Gretchen, the Executive Director, who was kind caring and makes it all happen. Erica, who leads sales, made the transition experience easy, fast and always says yes to even our smallest requests. Their director of care, Julie, is second to none in my experience and has given us the gift of piece of mind knowing she is watching every aspect of Mom's care. I wish we had moved Mom here 3 years ago in fact. This place gets both the small and large details right.. Thank you to all of the staff who make every day happen at Hacienda Del Ray

I am a pharmacist with CVS that was invited to do a COVID-19 booster clinic for the residents here. I have done many vaccine clinics over the years, however, this location was AMAZING. It was the most organized location I have ever been to, the staff were extremely friendly and interaction with them and the residents was seamless. I have been to many senior living facilities and the residents here were by far the most friendly and easy to accommodate with vaccines, which to me shows a direct correlation of what a great team of staff works at this location. HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for this type of accommodation for residency to take a tour. Would love to do another vaccine clinic for FLU or COVID at this location next year! THANKS

We feel like we found a gem with Hacienda Del Rey. We just love the caregivers attention to Mom and the love they show to her. They seem to treat her like their own family member. The leadership and staff are all very professional and great communicators. By far the best long term care facility we've seen!
