We went here for many years. We loved Desert Shadows, but all of a sudden, I don't know if it is because of new management or ownership but we are no longer welcome because of the age of our RV (23 yrs old). Even though it is in excellent condition and in better condition then a lot of newer RVs. I guess loyalty mean nothing.You get no response on reviews. Apparently they don't care what people say. Very very disappointed.

We stayed February thru April in 2022. Great place. 55+ community. Tons of activities, all the facilities seemed to be in great shape. Nice laundromat, indoor pool, friendly neighbors as well as office staff. Will be back next winter!

We have stayed a month visiting family. The park is very clean and well kept. People are friendly. We have been enjoying the many mountain trails and the pool is great after trekking. Any kind of shopping is close by which is nice cause there is no in park store. Only thing we missed not having is our bicycles.

Excellent facility for long term (3 months), short term (2 weeks) and very short term (a few days). Front office is responsive. They answer the phone and if they aren’t there, they return your call. Great amenities especially the year-round, indoor, heated pool. Our grandkids love to visit and swim. Highly recommend!

Yep the office will have hour answers
It's a minimum of 42 years old. That's whoever is on the contract. Most places with a high overall rating are 55+ though. I've stayed here and it's a great park.

I saw a little area on the SW side where I see that there is a little bit of storage of some sort going on there, it would be best to call the office on this issue.
