I have purposely come out of my way to patronize this specific location for the SA Bernie! He is so respectful of your style and doesn't ever push something that would not suit you just for the sake of upselling, and is always polite and professional. If you are in East Bay I would definitely visit this Tiffany's and request Bernie.

Came in to originally plan to resize up my wedding band, got fat fingers over covid restrictions. The weight of the ring was already heavy to bear over the last 10 years, like the ball and chain comparable. We made a decision to not resize and get a new ring that's lighter weight. Choices were not many, might check out different brands and styles. Overall visit was excellent. Customer service was attentive and personable.
