I had to come here because another salon removed my acrylic overlay and were incapable of giving me my requested service. There was some confusion and unbecoming chatter amongst the techs for my mani/pedi. I did not feel comfortable or accommodated. Would have given a 3 star rating. Thank God for Mimi. She is so kind and graceful. She did an amazing job on my manicure and nails. I gave her a BIG tip. One of my nails slightly chipped 4 days later. Experience was OK.

i work medstar washington hospital center and i stop by this place and it was a amazing experience angel one of the nail techs been doing my feet for now on she takes her time and makes sure you leave feeling amazing. i love this place and they have great music taste. i give angel 1000 stars if i could amazing person.

I was greeted when I entered, and told him it was my first time as a customer. If you live in Brookland or Edgewood this is a great nail salon. Its spacious. The massage chair actually felt more powerful than other ones I felt before. Clean and relaxing experience. They had good music and my technician was the best. Ask for Thao, tell her you read my post! 😘 shes there on Friday, Saturday, Sunday- it’s best if you call ahead and make an appointment. I asked for a hot stone treatment and it was only an extra $10. Treat yourself! Ill be back as a customer! I didn’t get a picture of the pedicure chairs just because there were several people in them and I didn’t want to put their picture online . Veey spacious!

I have been to Kibana Nail Bar a few times and I'll be back! I went for nails only services at first and I've since gotten pedicures and had a lovely, relaxing experience. Great ambiance. Be sure to make an appointment and be patient because you may be there a while. It's self- care, relax and enjoy!
