This place is well-managed and well-run by nice folks. I don't think they have any heated units but I might be wrong - it's worth checking. The grace period is 10 days before they sell your unit off to the highest bidder, as is custom in this industry, so pay your bill on time! If you lose your key a lock cut will run ya 50 bucks, but is available onsite should you need it. All in all, a good place to store stuff.

The people who work here are the nicest. Everyone I dealt with was very easy going and helpful. Prices are very reasonable, and my unit was clean, dry, in good shape, and didn't smell weird - everything that I could really ask for it to be. The only negative thing is the 10PM gate close time, which they're completely upfront about, it just meant some rushed trips for me. Excellent overall.

They do have climate controlled units there. Not sure how many available...
They do require a 10 day notice to vacate but you also want to tell them before you pay your last months rent that way they can pro rate your last month. The staff is very friendly and helpful swing by if you've time they will give you a free gift just for touring the property and you can ask questions then too
