Have tried them out twice now and every time there is still dirt on my car. I had to ask a worker for a rag as there was red soap on the outside of the door that no one saw to clean off. One interior door was still visibly wet from the spray and the other still had dirt on it as if they didn’t clean it. Overall there is a clear relaxed attitude of just give the car a quick wipe and moving onto the next car. For $39 I don’t think that it’s worth it. I’ll have go wash my car myself since it truly wasn’t done completely by Flagship.

This car wash has the nastiest staff I have ever encountered. They are unhelpful, condescending, and just plain rude. If they hate their jobs so much they should work somewhere they won't have contact with the public. Their life choices aren't a customer's fault. It's a car wash. They forget people can wash their cars anywhere. Their service is a want...not a need.

I don’t know how they can call it “ car wash “. My inteiro car is dirty . They barely cleaned anything. The mats are completely dirty ( after paying $31 for a 5 min wash , they said mats are extra amount ). They even didn’t open the trunk . My back seat is terrible . Easy money for them to earn .

Meh service, okay job but I definitely won’t pay for an ultimate car wash again… they don’t clean the inside, all they do is vacuum
