3.5/5 this is a vertical gym, three stories with two main levels. One of cardio and then everything else including an outdoor deck for bootcamp style work. The gym is newer but not state of the art. It is clean but not pristine. There’s lots of dirt and dust. I often come home dirty any time I’m using free weights or plates. The crowd skews older likely due to the price and I can’t say it’s ever been too crowded, but there is often a wait for certain machines or squat racks in the morning. The variety of equipment is 4 stars, plenty of things most people do not know how to use, so never a wait to use them. I give it three starts because for the price you are still tied to one OK gym. Parking is annoying, no swimming pool or spa and you must stick to a 2hr time limit or you get charged for parking. Additionally I don’t find the classes to be that great other than Yoga or Pilates. But even still they don’t use the reformers (that they have!) which is disappointing as I’d love to use them. The price is about twice that of LA Fitness which offers pools, access to all locations and seems to be much larger.

I have been a member of this gym for about 6 months, and as others have stated, it is a well-kept and friendly environment. Their fitness classes are especially outstanding and I have loved every instructor I have had. However, dealing with their customer service is very difficult. I wanted to remove a member from my account at the end of January so I first called and was told I instead had to send an email to do so, which is a huge red flag to start off with. Every email I sent over the next 3 weeks with this inquiry was ignored (as other requests to add members were promptly answered ~1 day later). Finally, after sending a strongly worded email, my request was fulfilled (without any apology or acknowledgement of the issue) but enough time had passed that I was still charged for another month. I am quite frankly baffled that a paying customer could receive that kind of service--they obviously ask you to email so they can blow you off for as long as possible. I am not looking forward to ending my membership when I move away soon and advise members of this gym to request to do so AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE as they will take as long as they can to stop charging you. Also, the "one day pass" that others have mentioned is indeed a completely empty promise, as they give you a tour of the gym first thing and ask you to sign up right after. They are very charismatic and crafty with their sales tactics, so beware.

This is one of the nicest gyms in the area. Its not too large or too small, perfect size for the typical crowds that it gets when busy. Great atmosphere, layout, quality of equipment, and staff. One of the best things about this gym is no large TVs hanging on the walls or in the air. So many gyms have large TVs with the news on constantly. This makes it hard to escape the bad news and stress of the world, which is why I goto the gym. Adding to the great design is the 3 squat racks on wood platforms is an ideal number for a gym this size. The separate section with yoga and pilates rooms provides a nice transition space to a calm meditation type workout.

To be fair, I've only been a member for a week, but everyone is SO nice. I've been to 2 classes (cycling and kettle bell) and it showed me how out of shape I actually am! I had a meeting with a trainer and we talked about my goals, took my …
