Staff is hit and miss. At the end of the day they're just trying to make a sale. They pitch the warranty like its so great. Comes free at raskins. just overall kinds rude people in this store.

I have been going to this location since it's open. The staff is always been very friendly and helpful even though I have never purchased from them. They do however take wonderful care of my ring that is warranty through them, that I bought in another state.
