So happy we discovered this wonderful jeweler. Friendly, knowledgeable, skilled jewelers who also have a large selection of beautiful jewelry to offer. I had a Diamond pendant cleverly reworked to stop floating around the chain and it looks like it was always meant to be. My wedding ring was resized and with diamonds around the band, set in platinum, that was a task beautifully accomplished. My husband had an old watch repaired and the jeweler was so knowledgeable about watches, it lead to great interesting conversation. After discovering K & Co, I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I traveled to K & Co. as a resident of the area and I drive by it daily. With my anniversary, over 20 years as a matter of fact, and being in late December with multiple holidays sandwiched by it, this is always a stressful time to find the perfect gift. I had seen this location being built from dirt to its current grand building and decided to make a visit for a very special gift almost a quarter decade in the making. So I enter in my worn boots, stained pants and sweater from a long day of work as a Blue Collar worker. I wait about 5 minutes, which felt much longer, and not a single acknowledgement from either staff member. Not a “Hello” or “We will be right with you” or “How are you”; nothing at all. Mind you this is a very high end store, per its comments and reviews that I just read. So hence my tentativeness in this review (gave it a two star vice a much deserved one) as I am not sure what happened in this situation. I would not like to assume that it was not based off of how I looked, but I don’t know any other reason that would explain my experience, as there were only a couple customers and me. Even as I left, with no words spoken on my part, not a single request to acknowledge me, not even a goodbye. So very disappointing, and you may ask, why a review over a month later? Well after my experience, my daughter called these individuals to get a watch engraved for a significant other and they wanted $200 dollars for a couple names engraved. This was a $200 dollar watch that was going to be engraved for over $200, for a teenager; ridiculous! Well after getting it engraved beautifully and locally for a fraction of that price elsewhere, I felt compelled to write. Maybe my family has had a couple one off experiences, but I can tell you one thing, we will never be back.
