Unfortunately sad experience today. Ordered boba through Door dash. In total 4 drinks, two didn't have any boba. Mine was a quarter unfilled when I paid extra for the 24oz size, and the rest was mostly ice. All the other drinks made has much less ice and we're filled all the way. I wouldn't have bothered paying extra if I knew I would get a drink that is not worth the price. Looks like the location has been struggling, given the most recent comments are mostly 1 stars. Hopefully things turn around for them. I might order here in the future if things look like they've improved.

My friend and I showed up at 4:45 and ordered 2 drinks. Waited over 50 minutes(they had a line so understandable) only to be told they ran out of boba and didn’t realize. So we had to wait for another 40 minutes to get our drinks. 1.5 hrs to get 2 boba teas. If I knew there was going to be a wait I would’ve just left. The girl with short blonde hair has a fairly snotty attitude as well. Also no offer to compensate our time with extra boba or anything

Feeling frustrated because I ordered boba drinks and for some reason my daughters drink had no boba in it at all. She was so upset she cried. And basically something that should have been a special treat turned into frustration. I never thought they would forget the boba in a boba drink.

Would give 5 stars, but the boba isn't always cooked consistently (based on my 4-5 visits, they're always edible and delicious but sometimes slightly undercooked for my preference). I love the blended Golden tea! All things considered this is my favorite boba shop in Idaho so far.

That is a great question! It's best to know our practices before visiting. At our Eagle location... We keep capacity at 10, so its safe for our customers and employees to social distance. We require face coverings upon entry. We have plans in place to accomodate those exempt from wearing a facial covering.. We do allow limited seating, in which you can remove your mask while seated. We provide hand sanitizer to our customers. We sanitize all surfaces regularly. And maintain very strict health and safety standards behind the counter. At our Boise shop we currently have the same capacity, however due to the size of the lobby we do not allow inside seating at this time. I hope that answers your question.
