It happens again and again. I was standing there looking for a bushing for at least 20 minutes and convinced I’ll find what I’m looking for without asking. Without fail, Fred walks up and ask what I’m looking for. Within 2 minutes he’s figured it out. Fred has helped me so many times. He is fantastic and deserves a special thanks.

The Home Depot is pretty big. I won't lie I might get lost. But anyway there is a lot of variety on its topic of home stuff like carpets and dryers and tubs, lamps and wires and tools. It is pretty decent, not to mention the beautiful place where they sell plants. The employees are nice and I saw a plant that looks way prettier here and was cheaper than uglier plants in other places that were very expensive. So it is highly recommended!

Due to a miscommunication between me the person who helped me be on Sunday, my order was not ready when I came into pick it up. However the lady whom I was talking to this morning got a young man to quickly pull my order and I had as out of the store and loaded within half an hour.

I went into the Eagle Idaho Home Depot on Saturday at 6pm to return a few items and do some shopping. There were 5 people in the return line and just as many at the Customer Service desk. No one was working the return desk. I waited 15 minutes and asked the lady in front of me if she knew what was going on. She said that the one person working Customer Service was trying to do both but obviously she hadn't been to the return desk in the past fifteen minutes. I asked two employees that walked by if anyone was working returns. One replied, "we are just really busy." The other replied, "I'm helping someone else right now." Neither answered my question. I tried calling a store manager on my phone but it just rang and rang and rang. I left in disgust. I got home an hour later and tried calling the store, the corporate office and then the store again. The phone just rang and no one picked up. Apparently Home Depot has gone the way of all other retail stores. They have a we don't care attitude, no customer service and no help. I guess I will try the Blue store next. I have spent thousands of dollars upon thousands of dollars over the years at Home Depot. They just lost my business. I will go Blue or pay higher prices at ACE Hardware. It is too bad that this country has gone so far downhill and all the businesses with them. Home Depot just doesn't care anymore. It won't break my heart to see them go out of business like all the rest that have gone before them because corporate or the employees just don't make any effort whatsoever.

Yes, Home Depot has contractors that will install your microwave. Just talk to a associate to set up the appointment. Typically they will bid the job before install. The cool thing is everything is taken care of through the Home Depot.
