Donation zone is all the way in the back, terrible placement. I am giving a low score because the donation zone was attended to by a rude worker who struggled to give clear directions on the donation process. I have donated at this location previously and do not remember having such a poor experience. What a shame.

I went in just to find a pair of shorts, I'm picky, no luck this time. They are busy keeping it up, the atmosphere was good and all was well in order

One off my favorite store to collects buy and sell items. But there is one Sales associate very rude, Disrespectful to me. Would you mind lecture some of your employee don't scream and complain I've been there.whats wrong of to be nice at least more if they don't know me. Don't colorize people. We are all human. I spent so much money in that store every time we shopped. People Bosses from G.W of SV Im once. Customer service at works at G.W sv. And now im still customer service and donate at 1 every time I shopped. I wish she could have nice to me. Instead she bother me while im shopping I were so 😳 felt my sad. But I continue shopping be cause. Im consumer report and to advice people others. She should sorry but she didn't not. How ungrateful to me.we spent $200+ my hubby 50. Money can earned in everyplace even working home. customers needs respect from your customers services vise versa. Add their title to give integrity to the store greet and Thanks, Ask how how can help them.and welcoming everyone. Gooluck , Stay safe and God bless everyone. Remember keep 6t distancing.

Goodwill doesn't accept any mattress.
Yes you can donate anything u want
I do not belive they take furniture.
I don't believe so.
You might get a better answer to your questions by calling the store.
You can Google it in maps then click the location you want to review. Afterwards there is a hour section for their hours of operation to the public
This is not the Goodwill site. This is a Google site.
I believe they do. Remember this not Goodwill answering your query, just a member of the public.
Not from what I have seen. You can pre-pay and they tag SOLD, so then you schedule to pick up. They hold for a week, I think; but they would not let me outbid something paid for. They hold it.
They take mattresses and box springs but it's a $20 recycling fee for each mattress and each box spring.
If u don't need a donation document just drop it off better yet offer it to your Gardener, house cleaner,or someone thats low income This place is greedy and over charges for things donated free
