Rachel is a very thorough and detail orientated PA ensuring that we resolve and get to the bottom of not only my pain, but also range of motion issues. Surgery and setting appropriate expectations is part of every conversation and appointment. The entire team is supportive of the end goal for success.

Friendly and caring to help me with my pain. Dr. Jacque Carbone is concern about my well being, not just physical but mental as well. No one better as far as I'm concerned.

They listen and they care. They allow you to be your own advocate. Every single staff is sweet.

What can I say about Jacque and the amazing folks working with her? What can I not say about them? I mean, we can’t be the easiest patients to have in the world, imagine having the worst patients all day long every day and that’s what we are as pain patients…we are at our worst pretty much most of the time that we see these guys and they do their best to make us feel better when we are at our absolute worst. It cannot be easy. But they sure make it look that way. Jacque has assembled the best team to make sure that when you are at your highest level of pain, or at any pain level, they will find a way to help you feel better. Why bother looking anywhere else? When you are ready to truly tackle your pain, and I don’t mean shopping for prescriptions here, I’m talking doing whatever it takes to help her help you, then you’re in the right place. I walked in there today so knotted up I wasn’t able to stand up fully straight and I left feeling a little looser, and later on much better than when I started my day. I’d say my pain level dropped a full point at least. In one day. Maybe a little more. That’s huge for me. My only complaint is that it takes over three weeks or longer to have a prescription request handled. It is supposed to be done within 72 hours. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a prescription to be sent to a pharmacy. Apparently it’s a real effort for them.

Do you treat walk ins?

They are friendly. I would recommend having a referral before attempting to get an appointment. The referral should come from either your primary care doctor or from another specialist. Hope that helps.
