The driver Jeff, from the Stockton CA terminal, called to advise me he was running late. When he arrived he was extremely helpful and he went over and above to bring a large recliner onto my porch. Having just had a knee replacement 2 weeks ago I was going to be unable to move a large box and Jeff unloaded the recliner and though the shipping info advised of “curbside delivery”, Jeff brought the chair all the way up to the house so it would be easier on me. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated.
