Lady who answered the door and worked with me was very rude. I went in to sell an earring I had found. The second I told her and showed her what I had to sell she acted as though I had stolen it, asking me “Do you know the owner?”, “When did you find it?”, and “Could you possibly find who lost it?”. Her tone the entire time even as she was offering me the $13 dollars for the single dented up 14k earring was snarky and attempting to belittle. This is why I do most of my precious metal transactions in Medford. Two stars only because her coworker was nice.

I had a great experience at J. Austin! I was shopping for a gift for my mother when I wandered into J. Austin near the Wendy's in Ashland. As soon as I entered the building I was met with smiling faces and a warming hello. Seeing as I had no idea what I was looking for or where to even start the ladies were a huge help. At the end of the day I walked out with a beautiful necklace with a stunning pendent for a price I was happy with. I highly suggest J. Austin to anyone looking for something to make someones day. Thank you J. Austin for helping me out.

My wife asked me to sell the odd bits of broken chains, lost earrings, dental gold and funky old jewelry we had inherited so I went to J. Austin who sponsors the Bill Meyer show. I got a tidy little chunk of change and had a nice time. Their store is very nice and the ladies there converted my cash into bullion for me. I got a lot done. Thanks!

No, we can't buy stamps. All our fellow stamp dealers have retired and not been replaced. Many dealers buy US stamps for below face value.
We only buy pre-1950s baseball sports memorabilia at this time.
