Have been living in this complex more than 2 years. With new management trash is always piling up. There is constant smell on stairs. Even though smoking is prohibited there is always tobacco smell in hallways. Management does nothing apart from sending emails. Manager is very racist and rude.

Front door to building was always broken. Homeless people living in stairwells. Gunshots in parking lot. Packages constantly stolen. Not a safe place to live. New management couldn’t figure out parking spaces so they ended up sending out a letter saying some units wouldn’t get a parking space. This place is a nightmare. It took 11 months to get a working mailbox key from them. Maintenance left us with a moldy bathroom and a broken kitchen light for over 2 months. Giving two stars because they have a playground, soccer field, etc.

A bit pricey, but well worth it. If you love dogs it’s a great place to live. Nice gym. Cute playground. Awesome game room. The two issues I have with these apartments are about maintenance. I have been waiting MONTHS to have cabinet door hinges tightened. I keep getting lied to. “Someone’s coming today”. “ Sometimes coming tomorrow”. I even received an email stating that the repairs were completed. All lies! I understand if my cabinet repairs aren’t high priority, but why lie? There repairs are urgent to me because I have a toddler, which makes loose hinges a great hazard. I’ve expressed this, but STILL no repairs. I’ve tried to fix them myself, but the reason their loose is because they were installed crookedly. So screwing/unscrewing the screws is no easy feat! Otherwise, I’m happy
