Amazing and the most incredible employees in orthodontics from front desk to the doctor in charge. 3 years of braces and nothing but positive vibes and love. I liked the most how they inform you with your teeth to get right and are spot on.

Where to start. I will be reaching out to city of hayward with how you guys handle poor patients in ur location. Office manager Martha could not even handle her staff. Keep calling them to the office. Also DR Madala needs to check her dental certificate before she handles patients.No ways i can be the voice of all those patients. My mom had horrible thooth pain they told her sorry we cant help you. Very cold response. The reason i booked appointment bz i read in ur web page that this palce can treat emergency concerns and can plan treatment for dental issues. What waste of time swear. I was observing how other patients were treated and it was horrible. My mom had xrays from different dental office that were done 24hrs prior to this appointment but the dr did not want to accept them and forced us to do another xray in there office. So disappointed. I will definitely reach out to county to report this place for practing wrongful medical treatment. The equipment are dirty and they don't follow any medical practice!!!!!!!
