08/21/2022: According to my timeline, I haven't been here for 3 years. Though there is less seating and no more Chinese food, Fuji Sushi Buffet is still as busy as ever. It is now fully a Japanese menu, with the sushi boats still circling around. However, there is now a line to order rolls and sashimi. Even if you are seated at the sushi bar, you need to get up and stand in the order line for these items. Your server will take your order for food prepared in the kitchen - tempura, hamachi or salmon kamas, teriyaki chicken or salmon, fried oysters, fried soft shell crab, etc. The food was great. I truly appreciate how fresh the sashimi is. There is high turnover of food, and the sashimi is served ice cold. This is truly a sushi/sashimi lovers' paradise.

Although the entire process is no longer the same following covid, having the buffet open back up is amazing!! The fish is still incredibly fresh, the price has increased a bit, but it has in all industries too. You order appetizers at the table now and there is no Chinese food for now. But,, Never disappointed with Fuji sushi!!!

My family and I were super excited that Fuji is finally open again but after our experience today, not sure if we would come back again. So the restaurant has been closed down for how long now, 2 years? No renovation has been done whatsoever. If you walk to the back of the restaurant it still has that weird smell that makes it kind of unappetizing. Anyway, now they give you a menu and you can order the appetizers and drinks from your server. If you want rolls, you have to stand in line. If the line is long, you can only place 1 or 2 rolls max and each roll only comes in 4 pieces. Sometimes there were 6 to 8 people in line and it can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes just to place an order. Then they tell you to come back to pick up your order. It's a whole process. My family and I left the place kinda full but mostly disappointed. Idk, maybe dinner is better but lunch wasn't it.

Ordered comboA and it looks awesome and tastes great! All the sushis have a little rice but lots of imitation crab meat inside, so they have rich flavors. Both rainbow rolls and dragon rolls have imitation crab meat and tempura inside, so they tastes a little similar. It might be better if there can be a little more difference between them. The overall experience and food is awesome, will definitely come back again!

No, we asked the other day and they told us they would be bringing it back sometime in July/August
No buffet as of yet.
No buffets yet. Everything is ala carte at the moment.
Dine in no buffet
They've been open this whole time, but they are only doing charge by item not buffet style.

Weekdays are the best days to go if u dont want to wait in line weekends gets pretty busy and if u not the first ones to go in when they open u can wait a long time in line
$21 as long as you want
Yes, the best!
Idk. But it's bomb bro. It's worth it too. It's a little pricey. I think like 20 per person
Soft shell crab is all I have tried there. Maybe call them to be sure.
Yes at 5 pm dinner menu
Like 17.95 During The Week. 20+ On The Weekend
From 5pm until 9 I believe, it's been a while since I've been there though so I might be wrong with the closing time.
When my bf and I go we spend 60 with a beer included
Yes it is the same but it does change a little between lunch and dinner.
11:00 - 2:00
I think like $15 - $18 for Lunch and $25 for Dinner.
Round $20
Fuji Sushi does offer a variety of veggie dishes. It is great to be mindful of what we eat, however, if you are meticulous and critical about what other ingredients may be in the food; ie. oil used for cooking, cross contamination, etc.; do ask the head cook or management.
They can make anything you want provided they have the particular fish you want. Specialty rolls like these, I do not know if you can take out. Regular menu items they have take out. We are reviewers, not associated with the restaurant.
Yes. It is good!
